El terreno forma parte de un condominio, con una sola entrada y la entrada a la playa es a través de puerta privada. La zona de playa cuenta con seguridad permanente y el mar no tiene piedras. En caso de lluvias no nos aislamos y el terreno queda exactamente en la 2da fila, detrás del Hotel "Samana Chacra".

Estamos cerca del pueblo, pero a 800 metros al norte de la playa más concurrida por los bañistas y surfistas.

Las construcciones en el condomonio son modernas, con todos los requisitos de buena calidad, concreto y ladrillo y algunas ya se encuentran en funcionamiento, como los hoteles "Samana Chakra", en la siguiente cuadra al sur se encuentra el hotel "Máncora Bay" "Laguna Surf Camp", "Hotel Buena Vista"  y más allá el Hotel "Estrella Fugaz", aparte de los que se están construyendo en nuestro condominio.

Estoy ofreciendo 1,800 m2 ó 900 m2 ó el metraje que desee el cliente a 60 dólares el metro.

The area forms a part of a condominium, with an alone entry and the entry to the beach it´s across private door. The beach zone counts safely permanently and the sea does not have stones. In case of rains we do not isolate and the area stays exactly in the 2da row, behind the Hotel "Samana Chacra".
We are near the people, but to 800 meters to the north of the most crowded beach for the bathers and surfers.

The constructions in the condomonio are modern, with all the requirements of good quality, I make concrete and brick and some of them already are in functioning, as the hotels "Samana Chakra", in the following stable in the southern part one finds the hotel "Máncora Bay" " Laguna Surf Camp ", " Hotel Buena Vista" and beyond the Hotel "Estrella Fugaz", apart from that they are constructed in our condominium.
